StayInNiagara is built, owned, operated and maintained by Estate of Mind Property Management, a Niagara-based property management and hospitality business. We created this platform to help people discover accommodations and explore the communities that make our region distinctive.

We feature properties from different owners and operators, including accommodations managed by Estate of Mind, properties associated with Gulera OS subscribers and other eligible independent listings.

How your search results are ranked

We believe you should know how listings appear on our website. Your destination and search filters come first. For a community-specific search, we show properties within that community that meet your criteria. Within those matching results, we apply the following listing priorities:

1. Estate of Mind managed propertiesAccommodations professionally managed by the company that operates StayInNiagara are displayed first among matching results.
2. Gulera OS subscriber propertiesProperties associated with active Gulera OS subscribers receive priority placement after Estate of Mind managed properties. Gulera OS is a property management technology platform.
3. Other independent listingsOther eligible accommodations appear after those priority categories and remain discoverable when they match your search.

These tiers affect display order, not property quality or suitability. A higher position does not mean a property has received a better review, inspection or endorsement.

If no properties in your selected community match your criteria, we may offer properties in nearby communities as clearly labelled alternatives, rather than mixing them into your local results.

What about verified properties?

We are developing StayInNiagara Verified, an optional in-person listing accuracy check. When introduced, the seal will indicate that advertised features were checked against the property at a dated visit. It will not be a quality rating, safety certification or guarantee of future conditions. No property should be considered verified unless it displays a valid, dated seal.

Respecting your privacy

We use general website activity, including popular pages, location searches and booking-link clicks, to guide future improvements. Our aggregate analytics are not intended to identify individual visitors or build personal profiles. Optional campaign cookies are used only with your permission to help us understand promotional effectiveness. You can decline and browse normally, or change your choice later.
