StayInNiagara is operated by Estate of Mind Property Management. We use website activity information to understand which pages, communities and property listings are useful and to plan improvements.
General website analytics
Our main-site analytics count events such as page views, location selections, searches and outbound-link clicks without assigning a persistent visitor identifier. This measures activity, not individual browsing profiles.
Optional campaign cookies
With your permission, the rentals website may set a browser identifier called rt_session_id for up to 180 days. It helps associate property views and booking-link clicks with promotional activity over time. You can decline this optional identifier and still browse properties and follow booking links.
Your preference is saved in a small cookie shared across StayInNiagara and its rentals subdomain. Necessary PHP session cookies may also be used for website functions, including short-term campaign context, forms and administrator authentication.
What our reports can and cannot tell us
We record campaign source, property interest and clicks to external booking providers. A booking-link click does not confirm a completed reservation. Some existing rentals logs also contain referring URLs and a daily hash derived from a network address; these are not the same as our anonymous main-site event counts.
Information you submit
If you contact us or submit a property inquiry, we may process the contact and booking-related details you provide to respond to your request. These details are separate from aggregate website analytics. Booking providers and linked third-party sites have their own privacy practices.
